What is RPA? What do RPA Consultants do?
Automation is killing jobs. It has already replaced several manufacturing jobs that involve repetitive and tedious tasks. According to USA Today, over 73 million jobs will be lost to automation by 2030.
Robotic Process Automation(RPA) is the process of creating
software robots to automate manual business processes
previously performed by humans. The role of the RPA Consultant
is to work with organisations to understand how their business
can adopt RPA and what the benefits it may be. Key to your role
is understanding the different needs of the organisations rather
than simply applying a one size fits all approach.

3. Learn basic RPA:
The next step is to start with the basics. You will have regular theory classes. We believe in practical training hence you have to start building your bot from week 1 onwards. Design,
build your bot and present it to the team. Get feedback and improve on what you did. A
mentor will be assigned to you who will guide you through the course.
4. Get hired to practice RPA:
Your mentor and trainer will decide when you are ready to join live projects, POC test automation etc. This can be from any time from week 3 onwards depending on your level of confidence in automation. You have to complete at least two mock projects and present the project to the team before you can request for practical training.
5. Be part of the project team:
You will join the live project team working as RPA trainee consultant. You will be working with a project member learning from her/him on how to deliver the project successfully. Your aim is to become a contributing member of the project.
6. Get Hired:
If you become a valuable member of the project team contributing towards the success of the project you will be offered a job with Infobiz Ltd. If you would like to find a job outside, we will help you get prepared for that. If you become a valuable member of a project team, other employers could also see your potential and you will be hired anywhere.
7. Full Refund:
We will help you succeed sincerely. However in an unfortunate situation, if we cannot hire you in spite of your sincere efforts, we will refund the full amount of your course. For details please refer to the terms and conditions.
